Sizes are guidance
Every size on gearsizing is a starting point worked out from published charts. Bodies, brands and models differ. Try the bike, board or skis before you buy if you can, especially for children, and check the brand’s own chart for the exact model.
Brand names
gearsizing is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand named on it. Brand names are used only to say whose chart a size comes from, with a link to that chart.

We may earn a commission if you buy through some shop links, and we say so next to them. It doesn’t change our sizing advice, and it doesn’t cost you more.
Using the site
You can use the calculators and charts for free, and print the charts for personal, shop, school or club use. Please don’t copy the site’s pages or tables onto another website.
Changes
Brands update their charts, so we update ours. The date each source was checked is on how we size.
